Dan LeBatard just said on his radio show that the Miami Herald is going to be breaking a bad story on the Hurricanes in the next few hours...Everyone pray to your god.

if it's really THAT bad

then something involving the agents probe is probably the least damaging thing that it could be in terms of publicity (seeing as like half the schools in the country are dealing with this) and in terms of winning games (the worst thing that could happen is a player or two are ruled ineligible for the season, which seems unlikely considering how quickly that penalty would have to be decided upon and dealt out, and i think only jacory is truly, truly irreplaceable, and maybe brandon harris, and i don’t think either of them two are that stupid)

Has anything leaked at all about this alleged story. I have been on WQAM off and on this morning and have heard nothing of the sort?

FAMU Suspensions

Word on the street its regarding the FAMU suspensions which actually wouldn’t be new news since Coach Shannon already alluded to some guys not being available for the first game. We shall see.

Exactly....

The forum is arguing between something about the whole athletic department noticed something and reported to the NCAA or the suspensions for FAMU. All seems to be on the consensus that whatever the big news is, that its more sensationalism than anything else. I like to sit back and wait for all the facts to come in before reacting either way.

First day of school...

I heard because of the process of making sure all of the t’s were crossed and i’s were dotted that the Canes do not expect Latwan at practice until the first day of classes. The Big Dawg on WQAM was trying to squeeze the answer out of Randy but he wouldn’t bite. However made an obscure reference that if someone was coming in with that particular type of situation, they would walk on to the team on the first day of school.
